02 / PERSPECTIVE
People & Systems
Technology changes organizations. What matters is what people make of it.
New tools alone do not change how work gets done. Practitioners, leaders, administrators, and IT teams need to agree on what is needed, who is responsible, and how the tools will work in everyday use.
I bring these perspectives together: understanding practical needs, making the reasoning behind decisions clear, and working with the people who use the technology.
03 / TOPICS
Clarifying workflows, responsibilities, and collaboration as digital tools become part of everyday work.
Assessing real use cases, aligning requirements, and learning from implementation and everyday use.
Understanding media, trying out tools, and building the confidence to make informed decisions in everyday work.
Addressing inclusion, privacy, and accountability wherever technology affects how people live and work.
04 / EXPERIENCE
My work is grounded in around 20 years of educational practice in early childhood education and care, including experience in a leadership role in the child care sector.
Staff leadership, organizational development, and responsibility for people and day-to-day operations continue to shape how I approach change.
My path led from working in education to media education, then to digital change and project work. The central question became how to bring people’s needs, professional requirements, and technical possibilities together.
Today, my work connects professional teams, IT, and administration. In my role as Product Owner / Project Lead for DRS KI, I bring practical needs into the planning and implementation of the diocese’s AI project.
05 / TALKS & APPLIED WORK
In talks and briefings, I put developments in context. In workshops, we work through specific questions and explore practical approaches. I also contribute analysis, concept development, and collaboration on selected projects.
06 / PERSONAL
PERSONAL BACKGROUND / MUSIC
Music is part of my life and my work in education.
I play bass, guitar, and blues harp. For many years, I have combined making music with teaching music and supporting musical development in early childhood.
This experience shapes how I see people, how I understand education, and how I work: learning together, listening to one another, and making room for different approaches.
